The condo was great for our needs. We loved the location, proximity to the beach, and the beautiful grounds. The only downfall was the limited amount of towels, no wash cloths, no extra blankets, and no beach chairs, The weather was colder than expected, but we were unable to adjust the temperature in the condo, The unit was modern, clean, and comfortable.

Great Location, But Lacking Some Basics

The location of the condo was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which was a major plus. The pools and outside lounge area were also great and well-maintained. The overall building is older, but the staff keeps it clean.That said, the condo itself was missing a few essentials like extra towels, washcloths, and paper towels, which made things a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue was the toilet in the primary bathroom—it clogged easily and had very low water pressure. I reached out to Jerry a couple of times but didn’t receive a response.If you’re planning to spend most of your time out and about, it’s an okay spot for the price and location. We might stay here again in a pinch, but would explore other options first.

Awesome Spring Break

The condo is excellent! The owners had plenty of communication ahead of time, so I knew what to expect going into it. The security at the compound kept it so that only guests were there, and it didn't feel overwhelming with college kids compared to the rest of the town. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and very efficient. The condo is in great shape and has a great view overlooking the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.
