This was just a really nice place, typical of lodging next to the ocean it takes a beating but it was quiet it was clean. And one of the best breakfast I had on the road. When you have a omelette station that's a win-win in my book

Staff was very helpful and very courteous! Hotel was going through some renovating and honestly never even noticed. Was Kept very clean. Had a nice complimentary breakfast that had a few changes daily but kept some consistency too.

Ceiling fan was broken so couldn't have light off and fan running. We were located under the breakfast area. Chairs and tables were being moved until 9 pm our first night and started being moved at 615 am.

The staff was great. Professional and welcoming. The room was not what I ordered. I reserved a two queen bed and was given a two full bed room. I didn't ask to be moved since we were exhausted from a very long drive and needed a nap. We survived, but I'll be sure to pay more attention next time. :)

Reason for 4 stars was the wait to check in. We arriavied at exactly 4pm on Friday to check-in. It took over 1 hour to actually check-in. There was only one receptionist checking people in and she had a line of about 8 people. The receptionist was great and was working as quickly as she could. However this was obviously a poor management issue. That was very disappointing. Everything else was great. Clean room, great staff, awesome bar tender.

Checking in was a nightmare. The girl at the desk was on her phone instead of taking care of customers. There was a long line out the door. The room is so outdated shower was clogged. Also they charge you a resort fee. had to reset my card key.
