The room appeared unfinished as though housekeeping rushed to get the room ready: sofa bed was open, no trash bags in the trash cans, crumbs on the sofa arm rest, floor area under sofa bed was dirty. Staff was ok. I chose this property because it was dog friendly but there isn’t a lot of grassy area for dogs to do their business. I couldn’t eat the breakfast because it’s dine in only, no pets allowed, and pets not allowed to be left alone in the room.

Room & staff were great. Disappointed that there was on-going renovation construction going on by our room & only 1 elevator working upon our arrival. Fortunately they soon had the other elevator going. Breakfast was ok, but the floor in the breakfast area felt very slick - even with tennis shoes. Definitely a hazard.

Location was great. View from balcony was beautiful. Hotel in process of being painted and looks like getting updated, so hopefully the bathroom will get a spruce up ... nothing really wrong with it other than low shower pressure, but showing its age and wear and tear. Don't expect to check in early even if they send you a text saying you most likely can, but sitting on the deck enjoying a drink while looking at the ocean isn't a bad way to wait for a room!
