Huge 1600sq ft deck over looks the private grounds that are part of this property. Miles and miles of beautiful scenic views! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with 3 convertible sofa beds provide sleeping for up to 14. Dining nooks can accommodate 10+ people. High speed Wifi. 5 min from Camp/Park & 20 min from Norwich, 3 hrs from NYC!
Guest access
Access to the entire property (except garage) including 122+ acres of land and natural ponds. Please note vast amount of the land is not trailed and is recommended for moderate adventurers. We have beaver ponds, streams and lots of wildlife the deeper you go explore (if you choose too)

NOTE: The attached garage is not included in the listing. This is for our private use and not accessible.
Other things to note
We do have external safety cameras for your protection around the exterior of the house including a ring door bell on the main door. The garage is restricted and has cameras as well. No interior cameras in the house.

Just a quick sleep stop

Pulled in a 1am, slept and out again by 9am. Beds comfy, everyone had fresh linens, very clean. Only little worry was getting out of the parking area with trucks and trailers. The road isn’t busy, but people fly.
