The property overall was a good experience. We only wished if breakfast was included with the stay. The only drawback was the washroom had an walk-in bath and was slippery as there was water around the washroom after the bath cause of which my daughter slipped and fell hitting her head. Requesting to provide an antislip.

A True Treasure

This hotel is amazing! Both beautiful, accomodating, and as a humanitarian hotel - the pure goodness of staying here with the lovely touches of comfort make this a go-to place! We arrived quite late due to travel issues, so I wish I could enjoy more of it, but I'll be back. The only item of trouble was that there was a car in the lot that the alarm was going off all night. My colleague from the UK didn't get good sleep. I feel as people check in they should take the license plates so it relates to the room...or it should have been towed if it was not meant to be there. Otherwise I almost don't want to tell people how great this hotel it, but it's kinder to share.

AMAZING!

We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. It was a dream come true for a young couple who were on their way to Friendsgiving on a weekend away from our 3 year old! Thank you so very much for the experience and we have and will continue to not only recommend you, but will be booking again soon!
