Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.

A 2-minute walk to the lake, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, ceiling fans in all rooms, and all-new LVP flooring throughout. The full kitchen is updated with granite countertops and well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there's plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Unwind after an adventurous day by streaming a show on the living room's smart TV or watching a show from your bed. Step out on the balcony for a view of the green, wooded property grounds and a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only.  There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.


Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
