This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5.

This location is great if you plan to ski any of our 3 major ski resorts - Heavenly, Sierra, or Kirkwood. With easy access to Pioneer Trail, Highway 50 & 89 it’s an easy drive to all 3. For a fun fishing experience for kids & adults, there’s Lake Baron at Tahoe Paradise Park only 10 minutes away.

The open-concept living space w/ high vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, & skylights, is perfect for the family to spend quality time relaxing. Cozy up by the fire, play a game of Foosball, or watch a movie on the HDTV all while taking in the wonderful natural light & views of the forested neighborhood. The sectional sofa in the living room seats 10.

The chef of the group will love being in the center of the action in this kitchen open to the living & dining space. With ample counter space, gas stove, French door fridge/freezer, & dishwasher this fully stocked kitchen has it all. For any helping hands there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

When dinner is hot & ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8. Surrounded by a large bay window this dining room will make meals a delight!

For grilling, you’ll love the upstairs deck w/ gas BBQ & seating for 5.

Upstairs along w/ the living space is the huge master suite complete w/ epic picture windows, vaulted ceilings, a full seating area w/ sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, & large mounted HDTV. The ensuite bathroom is truly spa-worthy w/ large walk in shower & jetted tub. If you did the work to find this home you’ll surely want to snag this master for yourself.

The other three bedrooms are located downstairs & share a full bath w/ single sink & shower/tub combo.
