You’ll never miss out on family time in the open concept great room. With a comfy sectional for 6 & extra cushions near the fireplace, you can enjoy watching a movie on the 48” HDTV after a day on the slopes or the lake.

The gourmet kitchen w/ granite slab counters, Wolf Range cooktop & double ovens is every chef’s dream. Three bar chairs at the kitchen counter are great for visiting. When dinner is hot, the large dining area seats 8--perfect for a meal with family & friends.

If you prefer to dine al fresco, you’ll love the back patio overlooking the landscaped lawn w/ a gas grill, table for 4 & 2 lounge chairs.

When it’s time to turn in for the night, the upstairs primary bedroom will sweep you off your feet. Light the romantic fireplace w/ the flip of a switch, watch a movie on the mounted big screen, or sink into the luxurious king bed for a good night’s sleep. The attached bathroom features two sinks & a spacious walk-in shower.

You can also find BR 3 upstairs--an open loft w/ a full-over-queen bunk bed & views of the pines.

BR 2 has a queen-size Murphy bed. Enjoy easy access to BA 2, complete w/ a jetted tub--perfect for unwinding after an active day. BR2 & BA2, along w/ the great room, are located on the entry level--a small 2 steps are required for access.

The family room downstairs is a great hangout for kids w/ a chalk wall & games.

Dogs love this home! They’ll feel spoiled w/ their own fenced-in yard & doggy doors.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay

We had wonderful time and a relaxing stay at this rental home. The house was clean and well furnished, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were very good, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we had what we needed to make dinners and breakfast. The backyard was perfect, we played in the snow with our two dogs and they loved it. We were impressed with the Property management (RnR Vacation Rentals) by their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Great Stay

The home was lovely, well maintained and great for my family. The location was close enough to everything to be convenient but tucked away enough to feel like you're not in a city. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Clean and well cared for

House was in good shape, very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the pool table was a little rough but still playable. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking it would be worth it to take your own knife set as the provided ones are very dull.

Awesome Tahoe Vacation Home

Awsome Tahoe vacation home. Family and friends went up for my daughter's wedding, i stayed at this home with my 2 son's and one daughter in law and 2 grandchildren, oh and of course the family's weener dog Elvis. Everything was as advertised but actually better, plenty of room, Awsome kitchen, modern appliances etc, nice deck with bbq grill and pine tree's all around. And the bathrooms are really nice also especially the showers, all very nice. Also loved having the pool table and air hockey options in the garage but ended up playing darts the majority of the time. Only issue I'll mention is the 2 step drop off going from garage / entry way down to lower bathroom and kitchen area, keep the lights on if dark cause it's no fun missing the steps and hitting the tile floor, trust me. Overall we were very happy with this home and will hopefully book it again soon. Oh and lastly it's nice the location is closer to Stateline than to the Y, very nice homes all around.

Great Family Home

We just finished our 8 day/7 night stay at this great home. Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this 3 bedroom with a loft home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the management company is great to deal with. The home is 5 min from Heavenly & 10 min to stateline. We would definitely book again.

Had a great time with two other friends. House is very nice with close proximity to everything we wanted to do in South Lake Tahoe. We would consider renting this house in the future when we visit South Lake Tahoe. RnR Vacation Rental was available and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great Service!

Beautiful home

I am a little late with this review due to medical issues, but wanted to make sure I left a great review for this amazing home. The house was so roomy, warm and beautiful. The cleanliness was immaculate. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to find and close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains and snow. The price was very reasonable and they provided everything we needed. Management was quick to respond with any questions and they even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We hope to come back again here soon. It couldn’t have been any better.

Great stay for a week in the snow

Well stocked kitchen with lots of space for friends and family time in the living area. Great basement area with a second fridge (we used it for drinks!). The dogs loved the outdoor area (perhaps a little too much. Due to the heavy snowfall, the fences were quite easy for our little explorer to hop over) Do be careful with the driveway in the winter. It gets real icy, and is sloped towards the garage. We had a handful of times the cars were stuck unable to drive out, or were sliding down towards the garage doors even when parked! Salting the driveway helped though! Overall, would more than happily stay again!

Amazing home

The home was super comfortable also a huge like was the showers usually homes don’t have good showers. The space, the living room and the small bar table by the couch was a 2 thumbs up. Dog space was amazing and they have so many items for dogs incase something was forgotten to take to the vacation!

Great Tahoe Cabin

Our family loved staying here for a week. Perfect location, room for everyone, and pet friendly were all features that we liked. The cabin was well stocked with essentials and made cooking meals a breeze. Would love to stay there again.

This place was very clean and well maintained. Lots of a room in the house. Great amenities like tvs in every room, game systems and the guitar on the wall was almost in tune. Lol. Had to play a little. Great place, highly recommended, great area and nice and quiet. We had to buckle in as we had a snow storm hit but was a great place to have to be inside for a couple days. Great rental!! Ohh and even being a dog friendly rental (we left our oldie at home this time) there was not a trace of dog hair on furniture or any dog messes.

Secondary bed set up was a nightmare so basically if you are traveling with another couple one gets to sleep well in a master while the other main bedroom in the main floor is a “queen “ fold out which is hard as a rock super thin and massively uncomfortable. Really sad to be massively exhausted after a vacation due to lack of sleep. So while house is advertised as luxury this is only true if you are fortunate to sleep upstairs. Otherwise you receive a one star back breaking experience. House is dog friendly In that they are allowed however it is highly restrictive on where they can go and the yard set up has no direct human access from the interior. So while the dogs can go outside, humans have to walk around. Sprinklers come on early enough that dogs will not go out at night for final potty. If you have small dogs- beware fencing set up is not secure. Air hockey and pool table are in garage. Parking requirements dictate that a car is parked in garage so you actually can’t use any of those items. So it was a very mixed experience, we would not chose to come here again.

Last Call for Summer Fun

Came to celebrate college graduations for our daughters, maybe even the last time we will all be together for a long time. Since my husband grew up in Reno, some of his friends came down to enjoy a cookout with us. With all of this fun and good cooking, I cannot be more grateful for the garage games, grill and FABULOUS kitchens. The quality of cookware was better than home. Being from Nashville I was a bit concerned about no A/C, but it was no problem. Great memories made. Thanks so much!
