Gondola Vista 5 Bedroom Villa

This spacious multi-level luxury villa is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and comfortable gathering spaces for larger families and groups. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower and soaking tub, along with a dedicated entertainment area perfect for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The second floor serves as the main living level and features a stunning primary master king suite with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. This level also includes a half bathroom, open-concept living room, dining area, large kitchen, walk-in pantry, and laundry room for added convenience. Step outside to the patio where you can enjoy the gas grill and outdoor fireplace — ideal for year-round Tahoe evenings.

On the third floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and standalone shower, another king bedroom with a private balcony, and a queen bedroom. These two rooms share a full bathroom with a standalone shower.

- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.

- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed

- Maintenance and Snow Removal: Please note that these are vacation rentals and there is no on-site staff at all times. Maintenance and snow removal services are subject to availability Monday through Friday, and any issues reported after hours will be addressed when staff availability permits.

- Amenities & Supplies: Your Villa is stocked with essential items to get you started. For additional items (like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting Target nearby.

Overall, the property was nice. However, upon arrival, the house temperature was 49 degrees on the 1st floor, 50 degrees on the 2nd floor, and 52 degrees on the 3rd floor. We raised the temperature on the thermostats on the 1st and 2nd floors but the temperature only rose to 58 degrees after 4 hours. We contacted the property management team and they said that they could only get a maintenance person to the house the next morning at 8:00. We had to stay in a house where the temperature only rose to the lowers 60’s after 8 hours of arrival. Very disappointing to have to spend quality time worrying and communicating with property management when we should’ve have been enjoying our time on a unit that was very costly per each night’s stay!

Family vacation

The property was wonderful - perfectly set up for our group and extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the entire set up. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the outdoor fireplace, as well as the easy access to the Village. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was one of the best properties that we've ever rented.

Stunning family vacation spot

This property was absolutely stunning. First, The interior was gorgeous, and also so roomy! The listing indicated the downstairs area had one queen bed, but in fact it had two. There were no photographs of the downstairs area so this was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area had a frisbee golf court, which the kids lived! The check in process was so easy. The staff was kind and quick to respond when I reached out with questions. Our family will definitely be staying again in the future!

Upscale townhome with very nice amenities. 3 levels were a little inconvenient but otherwise was very spacious and upscale. Only issue was reaching property managers which were only reachable by text or email. Our request for extra pillows and blankets was delayed by one day which was the one negative.

Nice place

Nice place for a family ski vacation. Good location; good house. Only thing to be aware of is the gondola - walking there is a challenge if the ground is snow covered (they work hard to keep the way clean, but the walk is very slippery if the road and path are not clear. Also, the gondola does not run in windy weather (not running for 3 days for us) - and if it is not running, the shuttles are very quickly overwhelmed.

Family holiday ski trip

Gondola Vista #8 was absolutely beautiful. We had comfortable beds for our party of nine, plenty of utensils, dinnerware, and cooking ware to fix family meals, and adequate seating for all of us. The young adults loved being near the gondola and Heavenly Village. The older adults loved the fireplaces to sit and enjoy while it was snowing. Fantastic place.

40th Birthday Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! The furnishings and interior decor were incredible. It was the perfect location to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with friends. We went hiking on a nearby trail and never once had to drive anywhere for anything. It’s a short walk to the village, and the condos were incredibly quiet, despite it being a fairly busy weekend.

This is a beautiful house and we had a lovely stay. Everything is new, the furniture is comfortable. The location is great! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Great to have a garage. Lacking outdoor space, but it's a wonderful excuse to get to the lake! We made a big family dinner.
