The spacious living area is perfect for cozying up around the stone fireplace or watching a movie on the mounted 55” HDTV. Enjoy a bit of family competition at the Shuffleboard table. Making this room all the more inviting, the large windows let in incredible natural light.

The stunning, fully updated kitchen will be a delight for the chef of the group. With granite countertops, a large island w/ extra seating, french door refrigerator, a professional gas cooktop, dual ovens, & dishwasher make this the perfect workspace to whip up a home cooked meal. There’s plenty of room for any helping hands and four stools at the kitchen island.

When your meal is hot & ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8. Enjoy an after dinner beverage on the private balcony.

When you're ready for a good night's rest, you can relax in one of the three comfy bedrooms. Downstairs is the master suite w/ it’s own private patio, king bed, & ensuite bathroom w/ jetted tub & large walk-in shower. The other downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and shares the downstairs hallway bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed & shares the upstairs hallway bath w/ single sink & shower/tub combo

Pets: 1 dog 35lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Great Spring Break Trip to SL Tahoe
Town house worked well for our family of 5. Very comfortable and well taken care of home. The owner and property manager were gracious with their time and effort. Communication and check-in were seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Heavenly Spring Break
Our group of 5 stayed here to ski Heavenly for Spring Break for the college kids in our group. The layout was excellent and it was an easy 5-minute walk to the gondola. We used the ski valet at the gondola to avoid the walk lugging our skis and that worked great. We also used lockers to store our shoes as we skied. The unit above us had some heavy footed people on a couple of the later nights, but that was really out of the property owners control, and we viewed it as something we just have to deal with in condo living at times. We would stay again!

Be aware/Needs improvement ASAP
The property management expects you to do “inspection” of the property for them and notify what needs to be improve or repaired upon arrival. We had a major water leak under the kitchen sink that was clearly there before our arrival. The living room with a couch and the area rug was very filthy and disgusting. It needs to be washed on a regular basis before giving the units for rent. Overall, the rental apartments old and outdated. However , it is in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to heavenly village.

We loved our stay in your home. It was in the perfect location allowing us to walk to the shops, restaurants, casinos and beach. We also appreciated the size of the home, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the linens very nice. If I had any advice to offer it would be to freshen up the pillows on the couch. They smelled strongly of men's body spray or odor. I bought a bottle of Febreze at Safeway and spayed the couch and all the cushions twice, but they seem to be in need of a good shampooing. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home. False advertising on the beach. Listing said the property is walking distance to the beach but it’s $25 to use the beach - PER PERSON. Group of 6 = $150 for the beach!! We would never have stayed at this location if we knew that was the case. We complained to the property manger and they admitted if they listed the property stating it’s $25 to use the beach that they might not rent out the property as much. So we are the suckers? Not right! We should have passes or passes at a discount for use of the beach. I will expect some consideration for this false advertising. I’ll be in touch. Thank you.
