Awesome space for a group

Our group of 6 stayed here for two weeks of climbing in Leonidio and it was perfect. Right in town for walking to shops and cafes, as well as walking to many of the crags near town. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property

We where five males on a climbing trip to the Peloponnese and this house was excellent for our needs, though it felt a little odd having to go outside to the bathrooms ! and you had to watch your head in the kitchen/dining room, but we soon got used to it and wasn't a problem. Maria, the house keeper was there for any questions we had and changed the bedding for us half way through our stay. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends.

Modernes Steinhaus gut gelegen zum Klettern

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in Leonidio zum Klettern und habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen. In der Küche haben wir einige Male gekocht. Das zweite Bad (außen gelegen) haben wir fast nie genutzt. Zwei kleine Autos passen knapp auf's Gelände. Gerne wieder :)

Top Lage, tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir waren zum Klettern über Silvester in Leonidio. Im Hause erwarteten uns bei Ankunft leckere Kekse vom Vermieter. Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders die Wohnküche mit Kamin und großem massivem Holztisch.In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Innerhalb von Leonidio kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zu den Kletterfelsen und zum Meer kommt man schnell mit dem Auto. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir Temperaturen von unter 10 Grad. Um das Wohnzimmer ausreichend warm zu bekommen, mussten wir viel mit dem Kamin heizen, wofür Holz vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist das Bad nur von außen zu erreichen, es sind aber nur wenige Schritte. Gerne wieder!

Wundervolles Haus, das perfekt gelegen ist!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück auf der Terasse und immer frischgepflückte Mandarinen aus dem Garten. Kletterspots und Meer alles nicht weit. Wenn man was braucht, hilft Maria weiter.

Une location que l'on recommande

Nous avons passé 15 jours avec nos 3 enfants. Leonidio est une petite ville animée et familiale, comme Poulithra à proximité. Les plages avoisinantes sont très propres, agréables et calmes (Plaka à 5' et mention spéciale à la plage de Tigani à 20' de Leonidio !). Nous avons rayonné sur les principaux sites du Péloponnèse (4h A/R pour Mycènes, Epidaure, Mystra ou Monemvasia). Attention : peu de kilomètres mais ça tourne et les Grecs roulent cool ! Cependant, les trajets passent vite car les paysages sont magnifiques ! La maison de Carmen nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Elle est bien placée dans la ville (tout se fait à pied), chaleureuse et la literie est super confortable. Un petit bémol : il manque des lampes de chevet dans les chambres, un grand saladier et un épluche légumes :-) Maria, qui s'occupe de la maison, est très cordiale et attentive. Les draps et serviettes ont été changés tous les 4 jours. A noter : Carmen met à disposition des serviettes de plage ; bien pratique quand on vient en avion.

Tolles Haus mit zuverlässiger Vermieterin und superfreundliche Kontaktperson vor Ort.

Alles sehr gut. Kontaktperson vor Ort ist superfreundlich. Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Region. An die beiden Toiletten ausserhalb des Hauses muss man sich gewöhnen. Eine Douche für grosse Personen nicht geeigtnet.

Great house, great hosts!

This is a lovely house! We had 7 of us at one point there (although it would have been more suited to six), and it was no issue. The location was great for walking to the center, up to the Mars Sector for climbing, and there was a spot to park if you had a vehicle. It is good to know that this classic old house has both of the bathrooms outside from the front door (old school, to be sure) but this never was an issue — and maybe even offered the privacy one would desire in a full house. Totally loved this place and would be happy to stay again (and will next time again!).

Excellent séjour dans une maison totalement refaite à neuf et très bien siuée dans Leonidio

Maison très confortable avec une décoration soignée (mention spéciale pour la salle de bains). La disposition des pièces est un peu particulière (il faut sortir pour aller à la salle de bains) mais on s'y fait très bien. Cuisine très bien équipée (manque juste un saladier et un tire bouchon pour les français...). Il y a bien 6 couchages confortables répartis sur une chambre à 3 lits, une à 2 lits et une à 1 lit (pas tout à fait une chambre car c'est l'arrivée de l'escalier mais on y dort bien). Serviettes et draps fournis impeccables. Petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse très agréable (il faudrait sans doute un parasol pour l'été). Situation de la maison idéale pour faire tout à pied (sauf évidemment pour aller sur les voies d'escalade...). Enfin un grand merci à Mrs Maria Gouzgoula dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la réactivité en cas de problème ont contribué à rendre notre semaine de grimpe idéale.
