You will be close to town, URI, the beaches, bike path, parks and so much more!

Walk in and instantly feel at home and energized to start your vacation! The home is fully stocked and the property boasts complete privacy and fun! Don't be surprised to be welcomed by countless birds and bunnies, a deer or two, and maybe get a quick hello from our elusive and chubby resident groundhogs, Bonnie and Clyde.

This home is perfect for a couple or two, a few friends, or a family. Furbabies welcome! We have our own and love being able to vacation with them so we knew we wanted to extend the offer in this home. There is a flat rate $50 pet fee per stay. Please note the yard is not fenced in, however there is a fabulous dog park located just 1 mile away down the street. We have made countless memories here with family and friends and our hope is you do the same!

A wonderful, cozy well appointed cottage perfect for our long weekend getaway! It was spotless and so nicely decorated and the huge, private wooded yard was a big plus for our dog and we even were visited by some wild turkeys:) Johhna was so accomodating and very easy to work with. She is quick to respond to any questions too. A definite MUST STAY!

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at the cottage. It's cozy, clean and well equipped. Communication with Johanna were very easy and she was very responsive. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend the cottage.

Family getaway

We’re familiar with the Narragansett area, and this location was perfectly convenient to beaches and local attractions. The property had all the needed amenities for a wonderful trip, especially with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. It made traveling with young kids so much easier and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time.

The property was great! Just as described. Small but clean and very well kept. Joanna thought of everything to make it feel like home. The weather was bad all week so we spent alot of time inside relaxing and reading and playing board games. It was perfect. I would recommend to everyone Mike cashman

Sweet as can be

We were in town for a wedding and chose to stay in this cottage vs the wedding venue or hotel. So happy we did! The cottage itself is very sweet and comfortable and the surrounding property and neighborhood were wonderful. We appreciated the miscellaneous house 'supplies" left for visitors use. My communication with Johnna was easy and excellent.
