Property definitely not kept up to the standards shown in the pictures. Pool was dirty. Lobby was pretty clean. Beds were clean, room was ok, bathroom was not very clean as there was hair and dust and dirt in all the corners. I took a 10 minute sbower, and it took another 10 minutes for the water to drain.

The 1st hotel room assigned to us was occupied. Once we got our room, it was dirty. There was hair left on the linoleum and lots of dust bunnies. There were no towels other than hand and wash cloths. We had a jacuzzi which was pretty old. There were 2 tv remotes which neither worked. Front desk just gave us a different remote to try. Finally had maintenance come and he fixed it by plugging cords into the right parts. The hotel bed was squeaky and sunken in the middle, and there was a lot of building noise. Overall was very disappointed and would have rated it more as a 4 than the 7 it showed.

Room was dirty sheets were dirty absolutely disgusting and they did not have breakfast in the morning. Beds extremely uncomfortable with a thin sheet for the covers. I want a refund.

"Good" rating is accurate

This hotel is rated as "good" and that seems fair. Friendly staff, decent amenities. They could do a little better upkeep (broken toilet seat, dirty corners in the bathroom looking like mold) and they would probably be rated higher. It is also a smoke free facility but it was apparent that weed was being smoked on our floor. Definitely not a pleasant smell for people that don't use it. Overall good for what we needed.

Police showed up people were very loud and lots of drugs running around there could smell marijuanna badly. I had to go to front desk at 930 and ask for brkfst refilled. They only made 4 sausage and egg patties at a time it sit in water. Was very disalpointed. Also couls smell cig smoke in our room as soon as we walked in first time. Never agai

Our shower was dirty, the tv was very small I don’t know if I’ve ever seen one that small in a room before. My son went swimming and we left the pool early because it was not very clean, I could see the loose hair sitting on top of the surface of the pool. It was a place to sleep for my family but I would not stay here again.
