DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. Those pics of the room are best case scenario and you won't get the best case. At the very best, you will get a horrible night's sleep and agree with what I am warning you about. Good LUCK!!!

Horrible housekeeping.

Pros: staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location was great. Cons: room was dirty, found used adult "items" in the bed side table drawer. Bedside table had sticky residue rings. Air conditioner made noise and wires were hanging out underneath. We complained at the front desk and there was no housekeeping on site. We asked for cleaner and wiped down all the surfaces in the room. Manager gave us a $50 credit off our 2 night stay. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The hotel was in real need of upgrades. I just think it wasn't worth the amount we paid. Otherwise, there were some points such as the service during breakfast, check in and check out time that were good.

I called the property before I reserved to see if had a wheelchair appropriate room. Said yes sent pictures. But wasn’t entirely true. No handicapped height toilet. Could not reach the coffee pot or microwave. Shower although barrier free, not big enough to access in my wheelchair. Bathroom mirror over sink too high. No hand soap. Towels not in good shape

BED BUGS!!! Do not lodge here, me and my two friends all came home with bug bites all over our arms and face and chest!! I’ve attempted to call every phone number I can find and no one has answered any of them.

The property could really use an overhaul of cleaning and remodeling. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there is no fan. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. 1 person couldn’t keep up with the amount of people in the hotel Sunday night so you had to wait for food to be cooked.

Served its purpose -but could use an update.

This hotel served its purpose by providing a comfortable place to sleep after a long day. The establishment itself though is very dated and worn (stained carpet in the hallways, outdated/broken fixtures in the bathroom, peeling paint in the room, older door to rooms that stick, etc.). The price per night seemed a bit much when I booked it, and then upon arrival I was a bit frustrated/disappointed to see the condition of the hotel. Front desk gentleman was amazing, service was prompt. Breakfast is available in the morning and was good. But again - the outdated, worn out, old & tired feeling of the hotel itself had me questioning if I could have found a better hotel to stay at, especially for the price we paid.

We were expecting a little bit nicer of a hotel for the price we paid. The breakfast was very mediocre. The room wasn’t as cleanly as we would expect. The location is very nice and close to downtown south haven.

The work staff does all they can to help when things don't work in your room. Our television didn't work when we checked in and the night staff tried everything, in addition to supporting other customers who were also having trouble. This staff was supportive and apologetic. The problem was with the manager and staff who never reached out to apologize, even though we needed to share with the front desk twice to get someone to make our television work for our second night, the person who finally came stated they technically weren't on the clock, and we had to ask for the guaranteed refund when we checked out. I am not a difficult customer and understand that things can happen, but that no one reached out to us to apologize, and we had to ask for a refund that was promised was disappointing. This could be a great place to stay, but I would not recommend it.
