Our room smelled as if someone used the in wall air conditioner as a urinal. Bugs everywhere in the unit (127) and a clogged sink. Staff was friendly but the hotel was sold out so we had no choice but to stay

The building is under new management and there is a clear effort to make improvements. The morning breakfast was actually pretty good. Unfortunately the elevator was not working - the service guy was there trying to fix it - this affected everyone not on the 1st floor.

Don’t go here. They say they remodeled, but the rooms smell like fresh paint with no ventilation even after a month. They didn’t do the showers either. The pool wasn’t working and the staff was uncaring about how the conditions impacted our trip. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Facilities were clean and nice in main lobby and breakfast area. Elevator was old and rickety. Third floor room was very run down with many broken tiles in bathroom, mold in cracks and stains on wall. Piece of baseboard tile fell off and I tripped over it as soon as we checked in. Blinds/curtain broken. Broken blinds on front of building show all the mess of the cleaning storage room on 2nd or 3rd floor. I expect things to be in a good state of repairs for almost $800 for 3 nights. Location was great. Our floor reeked of pot the whole time.

There was breakfast? The floor was dirty, elevator broken, loud occupants, filthy stairwells, cracks in walls and shower, shower nozzle broke, bathroom sink clogged very easily, lamp plugs for charges were broke as well. Staff was a bit annoyed with waiting on guests, staff was not in uniforms.
