The Space:

Set inside a beautifully restored 1913 high school, this one-bedroom loft blends historic character with a clean, modern feel. Think exposed brick, open space, and just the right mix of urban edge and relaxed lakeshore comfort.



Located on the second floor (one flight of stairs, no elevator), the space opens up into a bright, airy layout filled with natural light and thoughtfully layered design. It’s comfortable, a little playful, and easy to settle into—whether you’re here for a quick getaway or staying a bit longer.



The bedroom offers a cozy, restful retreat with a queen bed, soft linens, and deep pillows, while the sleeper sofa provides a surprisingly comfortable option for additional guests.



On cooler mornings or evenings, the gas fireplace adds warmth and a relaxed, lived-in feel to the space.



The kitchen is set up for easy meals at home—perfect for nights when you’d rather stay in, cook something simple, and unwind. Or take advantage of one of the private, reservable movie theaters on-site for a cozy night out without leaving the building.

Beach Access: South Beach access is only a short 5-minute drive away

Community Amenities Access: Inside the condo you will find a lanyard with a small grey fob that is used to access the pool, gym and theatre rooms

We're available in person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Before your arrival, you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
