While we welcome friends and family to gather at our cottage we have set rules. Max amount of guests is 12 including kids. We encourage our guests to enjoy their stay while respecting the neighbors with quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Amplified music, complete disrespect of our property or others around us will not be tolerated. Please know we are local owners who have been short term renting since 2008.
