The home features 4 Bedrooms that each have Private Bathrooms, a large media/game room with access to a 5th bathroom. If you are looking for a home that is the next caliber in a vacation rental stay this property is the answer. There is a focus on a tantalizing outdoor living space that is a covered stamped concrete patio that overlooks the river. This outdoor living space is set up with outdoor furniture including an eating area, grill, outdoor couches, tv and firepit. The home has a very open floor plan, but also individual space to provide entertainment or even a quite sitting area depending upon the needs of various guests. The home is fully appointed and offers incredibly fast internet for devices and the need to conduct business if necessary on vacation. This property is located about 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, which typically receives the most snow in Colorado. The Legendary Rio Grande Club golf course is about 5 minutes away and the property is located on a "Gold Medal" section of fly fishing water. There is a 3 car wide Driveway in front to the home and an overflow parking area that is ideal for Rigs with ATV & Snowmobile trailers. This is the perfect basecamp for your recreational needs.

The are NO ATV'S allowed on the streets in this Subdivision. Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic forfeiture of Security Deposit.
All parking needs to be on the property and not the street. The Town of South Fork can and will impose fines on you as the renter.
