Located minutes off of route 6 in beautiful South Dennis, this property is walking distance to a huge recreation area and offers a yard complete with fire pit patio and gas grill. Located on a quiet street right off of Old Bass River Road, this sunny and spacious house is a short drive to beaches on both the bay and ocean sides of the Cape.
Linens and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome but please no cats or other animals.

50th Birthday Trip

We stayed at this house when we checked some things off my best friend's bucket list for her 50th birthday. The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast everyday and we had all everything we needed to do so. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The gift bag was a very nice gesture and appreciated. We would definitely go back. There was plenty of room inside and out for all 7 of us.

Christmas Holiday Stay

This was the greatest Christmas Holiday stay we have ever had. This home was so well organized a lot of though went into all of the things included. It was so clean with just about everything you would need away from home. Very quiet neighborhood and a good location. When ever i am staying in this area this would be the home I would look for and stay again.

Wedding Week

My oldest daughter got married and this was a perfect place for my other two daughters and parents to stay. Really enjoyed the porch and fire pit area to gather and recover from all the festivities. Cape Cod vacation - awesome home

This home has more than what you need or want for a great vacation home. Lots of sleeping and sitting area space, several living areas to include a sunroom. We drank coffee and had our breakfast in the sunroom each day. It’s located in the middle of the Cape, which makes for easy driving around the area and to the various beaches and towns. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. We felt right at home. The hosts are easy to communicate with and home is bright and has a great beach feel.

Our family loved this home so much the first time we stayed that we stayed again this year! All we said this time was next time it can't just be a weekend, it has to be a full week. Very Nice Stay

Stayed at this cute Cape for 4 nights in April. It's extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. Even got the thumbs up from my 12 year old (and she is hard to please!) The hosts have stocked everything you might need during your stay. They even left a welcome basket with all of the ingredients for S'mores, which the kids liked making in the fire pit in the evenings. Bed linens are super clean and crisp but nice and comfy. Plenty of space for all 4 of us + a fenced in backyard for our little puppy dog. The beaches are only a short drive. Also just down the street from a playground/recreation park. We enjoyed our stay-- hopefully we'll come again in the summer when it's warm!

Wonderful Weekend

We just returned home after a wonderful weekend on CC. The house in So.Dennis was just as described but even better. Check in was a breeze. The house was cozy with the fire place burning. It was too cold to enjoy the sun room but it must he heavenly in the warmer weather. Beds were very comfortable and didn't want to get up early after turning the clocks ahead for spring. Can't wait to return again!

Cozy Winter Retreat

What a great little house!! We felt very welcomed by our gracious hosts. The house was clean and well appointed— kitchenware, towels, really comfortable beds, games, televisions, WiFi, lots of room for our group to hang together or to have a private space. The house is central to A LOT of great mid-cape restaurants and attractions. We hope to make this our go-to getaway spot!!
