Hotels & Accommodation near South Cocoa Beach

Property is very well located in Cocoa Beach, and right on the ocean. Beach access is easy, nice sun deck, beach equipment and grill are also available, and you can enjoy a very long stretch of beach with very few people, very relaxed and quiet. That is the property's best asset. Good restaurants nearby as well; it is a very safe area. The room was fairly well cleaned and quite comfortable; could use some minor updates on furniture and cabinets, and a little more attention to housekeeping details, such as keeping shower gel and hand soap bottles filled up, but overall, it was a good beach rental. It had all the accessories needed, plenty of towels and linens, including beach towels. I would rent it again.

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple or a group! Gorgeous and on the beach! The entire property is just cute as could be with lots of places to relax and take in the beach, wind.

The rooms are clean, beautifully laid out and decorated and on an amazing beach. The managers were very nice and helpful and the amenities (pool, deck) were great.
