I can’t say anything positive about this property. It was dirty and smelled so incredibly bad! There were bugs and mold everywhere! It is also clear that there are full time residents living here. Overall not a good experience and will not ever be returning!
Beds are horrible. They need to change the mattresses. Felt like I was sleeping on rocks with metal coming up my back. They REALLLLLYYY need a huge renovation and changing of the carpets. Service was subpar.
Very run down no place to park the hall door was propped open to outside made me feel unsafe , the room had a terrible animal smell , lots of construction workers and guys hanging around outside ! It had a kitchen but no paper towels plastic utensils or cups the front desk staff was very very nice tho
The room smelled musty/funky. I'm the morning, there was cockroach in the bathroom. I had to empty all of my bags to make sure no cockroaches were in them. Yuck.
The common areas were dirty with carpet coming off of the ground. I knew I had made a bad decision when I pulled into the parking lot and could see tires stored on a balcony. The smells in the hallways and common area were bad. Staff were helpful and room was relatively clean.
Before booking this trip, I noticed a lot of reviews that mentioned lack of cleanliness, or coming off as old-fashioned. I don’t think either are true. Only issue was construction cutting off the shortest route to the building, but I had a great time. Thanks guys! :)

Confusing directions
I never got to check into my room because when I arrived there at what I thought was before the office closing time there was a sign on the door saying that the office had already closed for the night. It gave confusing directions about going down the parking lot to talk to the attendant if I a key or for registration. The parking lot was huge with many buildings and the nearby one I tried seem to have no relation to the hotel and be some kind of residential place. I never got to check in so I don't know how the rooms really were.
The staff were very nice; they were great. We had room 251 - DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ROOM. The suite must have been lived in prior to our stay - it was clean, including freshly steam cleaned carpets and couch - the couch and cushions were still wet. The stench in the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Clearly someone had been a heavy smoker and had a bad dog odor in the room. We asked for another room but were told it was sold out. The smell was so bad that we slept with the windows and sliding porch door wide open. I can’t believe this room was rented out to people. People clearly live at the hotel; this was not an issue, but be ready for this environment. The hallways and elevator are run down, carpeting is pulled and easy to trip on, there is a moldy-smoky stench throughout. If you can afford another place, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I would never go back here. The only redeeming quality about the place the staff.
This is not just a hotel. The balconies are a clear sign that many people live there full time (one even had a stack of old tires on it). The hallway from the front office to the elevator had the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen that was all bunched in places. The rickety old elevator felt like it might not make it to the second floor. Our room seemed clean but was very dated/worn. Overall, it was not a place I was comfortable staying at, especially with my young daughter with me, so we went back down and checked right back out. The front desk person did not seem surprised, so this was clearly not the first time that had happened.
Staff was friendly. Hotel is run down, looks abandoned. Found 1 roach in our room.

The room was very nice. It was well designed, well furnished and well stocked.
The bed was comfortable and nice linens.
The public areas such as stairwells and hallways were dirty and needed daily cleaning.
Excellent customer service. Administration is top notch. Considerate, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was great, but having caring people managing the property makes all the difference. Great people. And great people make life great.
The worst place to stay! There was mud all over the kitchen area. We had to use a garbage can to fill up the toilet to be able to flush it. There was a smoke detector that beeped all night and the bed was hard as a rock. Plus no clean linens for the pull out bed, the lady at the desk was great though and found us some sheets that didn't fit but we made it work. We will never stay here again.
