My stay was okay. First I tried to check in and the rate was $35 higher than what was online. I showed it to the person behind the desk and she said then you have to book it online and was annoyed that she had already started with me. After that she booked me on the second floor which is fine but when I asked where the elevator was she said they didn't have one. Normally that's no issue for me but I had surgery on my stomach recently so dragging a suitcase up the stairs was not something I was supposed to do.

The room offered on the site was first floor. That was not provided on arrival. Room smelled of sewage. Parking lot did not inspire confidence that it was safe and given that I was driving our dog and stuff for our cross country move, I did not feel confident our stuff would be safe. I left after 10 minutes and walked away from the $100

Place to rest the weary bones

Came up for a high school reunion. Just needed someplace to sleep at night. Bed was comfortable, good A/C, quiet, great breakfast options in the area. Shower really needs a door. I don't understand the concept of just a piece of glass by the shower head and no door. Overall great place to stay for the price.

Nice place

Only had one outlet in the room. I had to unplug the lamp in order to plug my phone in. And my laptop. Other than that, it was wonderful.

I was disappointed in this hotel, especially after reading the glowing reviews. The hotel is just....tired. Floors are in bad shape in areas. They were cupped between the beds in my room. The shower walls hadn't been cleaned in a while and were dirty. It was 90 degrees outside and no one bothered to turn on the air conditioner, so the room was hot and steamy. Finally, the check-out person in the morning was wearing PJ bottoms and a t-shirt. Not the most professional. This will be my last stay here.

I no longer expect to get both a low price and a great room. This place delivered both. If you are just looking for a place to sleep (plus a basic breakfast), I don’t think you’ll find a better value.

The room had a very strong weed smell - the stench was consistent getting stronger at times( assuming it was coming from neighboring room and/or the air conditioning system. I was physically sick and unable to sleep at all. It was unbelievable to me how the smell did not subside the entire night- arrived at 10 pm and checked out at 9am. Will NOT return.

GIVE THE FRONT DESK STAFF ELEVEN STARS

EXCEPTIONAL stay. This place is so thoughtfully detailed and equipped, and so beautifully maintained -- we would not have been unhappy to find this level of caring at a place with twice the price. But their people really made this stay! Lisa at the front desk handled a request for a spot near the door (I just had back surgery and could not lug our stuff down corridors) with a smile and a heart for service-- you knew she really WANTED the best outcome for us, and she shifted several rooms around to make it happen. How rare is that these days, y'all? The room was really nice, quite large and scrupulously clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. But what sets this place apart is the staff. We would detour an hour out of our way to have the chance to stay here on a future trip.

This wasn't the worst place I've stayed at and I suppose it's no big surprise given that its prices are lower than a lot of other options in the area, but I would advise people to choose somewhere else. The breakfast, like all by Wyndham hotels, was really bad. My family and I didn't get a proper night's sleep due to the strange smelling room and uncomfortable beds, but mostly because of the noise. There were people circulating in the halls into the night and we could hear them every time. Also, an alarm started going off in a room a few doors down from ours at 6 AM. After about 30 minutes I went to speak to the people at the front desk and was told it would be taken care of, however it just kept blaring. At around 7:40 I went back and tried to be as polite as possible while insisting we weren't able to sleep. This time the clerk went up to the room promptly and shut it off. Not sure what the situation was but I felt like we should have gotten some sort of compensation or at least an apology

We had a great stay overall. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean and quiet. The only issue had during our 3-night stay was that our key cards stopped working on two separate occasions, forcing us to go up and down the stairs multiple times to get it resolved. Minor inconvenience for an otherwise perfect stay. I would stay here again.
