Room was not anything like the reviews and description. Staff was great and price was good. The room was small, not very clean and the AC smelled like strong perfume. Floors were coming up. Exercise room was a bike and elliptical in the breakfast/vending room corner. Would not recommend.

Wyndham Travelodge Elkhart Indiana

Hotel is basic but very nice. Served our purpose very well for a Notre Dame football game. Staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Beds were excellent. Hotel is a little worn in some areas but extremely clean. Our bathroom was very modern. We appreciated the breakfast grab and go idea. Made that assumption because seating in the breakfast area very limited. Once again, very basic but appreciated that there was anything at all. We noticed that this particular hotel had many awards and we were told this was particularly due to cleanliness. She was very proud of the fact that this property has be considered among the top 10 Wyndham Travelodges. Would stay again without hesitation.

It is conveniently located off the interstate and there are several food options around. Best way I can describe it is a typical Travelodge with makeup on. Seems like they put new flooring over the old crappy floor and painted. The rooms are pretty small and what was said to be a queen bed was more like a full size; it didn't even cover the entire frame. Our bathroom shower was not that clean and the room smelled like a mix of onions and all the new particle board furniture. The plus for the room is it had new mini fridge and microwave in it. All in all it was fine for what I needed it for. Would I stay there again - probably not but it definitely wasn't the worse hotel I've stayed at.

The hotel was amazing! Couldn’t say enough good things about it. Was super easy to check in, the staff was helpful and kind! The room was well kept, and the beds and pillows were to DIE for. I didn’t miss my own bed at all, which is rare when staying in hotels. Would recommend to anyone! Plus the location is so close to anything you may need!

Working hard to please

There was no soap in the dispensers when we arrived; however, the receptionist was prompt in fixing the problem. It appeared that he was working very hard to make everything okay.
