I did not like that there was bed bugs there that beat me and that they did not put me in a handicap room had me go all the way on the second floor with a disability hard to get up and down the steps because they did not have a elevator and they were rude to me limited food for breakfast and was not very friendly or tried to resolve the issue.

Ok for an overnight...

Just an overnight stop so it was about convenience. Not sure why they charge an extra $50 security fee that is supposed to be refunded but it's a week later and still hasn't been. Will keep checking. Area is ok with Applebees across the street so that was good as we had large moving truck and trailer and didn't want to drive. Like I said - great for an overnight off the highway if that's what you are looking for, esp for the price but watch the extra $50.

I’ve stayed a few times in the past 18 years and have always had a positive experience, so I didn’t hesitate to book again. Granted it’s been seven years since my last visit, but I think that was the last time it has been updated. I will say that the hotel and room itself appeared to be clean, but that’s all that appealed to me. Everything was the bare minimum, and nothing whatsoever went beyond that. The staff was okay, not rude, but definitely not friendly. Next time I’m in the area I will stay elsewhere.

What room was clean but had an odor of mildew to it. It smelled of wet carpet. Also I notified the front desk the smoke alarm was hanging by the wires and nothing was done. House keeping came into clean but they beds were made very sloppy on the 2nd and 3rd day

The hotel had a smell to it when you first walk in. The room was ok just things were broken like lamp shade and the cover to the air conditioner. The bath tub was peeling and the sink had a crack in it. The bed was hard not comfortable at all. Will not stay there again. Oh and they deactivated our room keys after our second night even though we paid for three. They did reactivate them.

We stayed 10 minutes. The hotel smelled terrible. it’s pet friendly so we had horrible allergies and there looked to be bugs on the bed. It was completely run down. We didn’t even put our belongings down and just walked out. Booked a tru by Hilton and are relieved.

If your desperate’

It’s pet friendly which nothing is wrong with it. I have stayed at plenty of hotels that are, however, they did not smell like it. At check in pet odor, bed was not soft no cushions poor condition not sturdy, coming into the hallway to go up the stairs yes stairs!! And it’s a strange guy just laying in the corner of the hallway. So no for it to be as close to mall area this not cool.

The staff was frequently on their personal phones when you needed to ask questions or have towels. Staff had their own family and friends with them during work hours and no matter the time of day, it was the exact same staff member as if there is no shifts and he lives there. Shower, sink and toilet in room were still dirty with the room having a terrible smell. The shower literally had tooth paste on the wall and staff seemed to think that was clean enough. Dry wall peeling on floor in bathroom that nobody swept up. Room had a lack of outlets with multiple lamps not working. The toilet was not even level. Pool area dirty with multiple lounge chairs broken. "Gym" is one treadmill and an eliptical. No free weights. Breakfast had hardboiled eggs with shells still on. When I broke the shell, the egg was liquidy and still raw. (Staff on personal phone call when refilling breakfast station). Do not stay here. (Also no room service despite having phones for front desk in room. When dialing front desk, the one and only staff member that works the desk said I needed to come down and get the towels and shampoo myself. When I approached the front desk staff he said "oh the guy didnt bring the towels up to you?" As if he wasnt the one that just pick up the phone... I feel I got brain damage staying here.
