Clean, bright apartment on the 3rd floor of the house on the small island surrounded by beautiful water "Venice like" views.

Kitchen with all the necessary home appliances has a small additional balcony (with washing & drying machines) and is overlooking the sea canal, bridge and green fields.
Small bedroom with 2 separate beds has a wall-high window with the same view.
Bigger bedroom with double bed has entrance to the 25 sq.m. terrace. The terrace is perfect for dinners and relaxes offering the sea bay and Gibraltar mountain view.
Living room with fireplace and TV and entrance to the terrace.

A small stone over-the-water bridge leads to the house, that is surrounded by grass, flowers and palms plot and several yachts parked on the island.
Private outdoor pool with the sun-bath place is on the island just near the house.

Excellent location and lovely apartment

Apartment was clean, really well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. Lovely big balcony overlooking the harbour. Location very good - easy walk to restaurants, bars and beach. Good to have access to a pool too. Owner was really helpful and kindly provided local recommendations.
