The space
The Villa is surrounded by a 2000 m2 tropical garden with a pool, cozy outdoor dining area with BBQ and a fireplace. The unique design and woodwork create a perfect blend with the tropical surroundings and offer a great view over a national park (lagoon).
The location is great both for those who seek a quiet place for a family vacation as well as kite surfers and party people. Being situated in a residential area, the Villa offers security and peace of a private home, whereas Cabarete beach is accessible in only 10 minutes walk.
On request, a private chef provides a unique experience of a fusion of Caribbean and International cuisine in the beautiful settings of our tropical garden (on reservation only).
For those who would like to enjoy a cocktail around the pool at sunset, we provide the service of a fully stocked bar.

The entire property is available to the guests except for the separate downstairs apartment, which is reserved for the owner.
We provide free parking on site. Check in and check out times are flexible. We also allow luggage drop-off when you arrive early or leave late.

Lovely Place

The property was beautiful and super clean. Onno was very friendly and attentive. I love that the property was located in a safe community while close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and bar. I recommend this place anytime.

A real Caribbean experience

The house is as you see in the pictures, spacious and beautiful. The garden, with the swimming pool, is very peaceful. The owner is very discreet. We stayed only 3 days but we lived the house!
