Staying at Ajoupa worked really well for me. It was conveniently located - easy to get to from the airport (& other transport connections) and close to shopping and the old town and the promenade. Though small in size the single studio room was clean and well laid out and had very good kitchenette facilities. The staff were especially helpful with advice and were consistently friendly and helpful.

Best kept secret in Nice. Excellent refurbishment , location, location, location (very short walk to beach, dining, main shopping precinct, Old Nice) and value for money. Breakfast was included and comprehensive. Rooms and bathroom not large but very well presented. Staff very welcoming and free drinks from 6pm to 8pm.
