The hotel was in a great location, walkable to alot. The communication was poor. When asked about parking, they informed me an offsite parking was available and they had an agreement for 25/day, they didnt inform me which one. Thwy were more concerned about trying to book Excursions with them. They emailed all the time about excursions, talked about them at check in. And in the room. They put signs up everywhere about no food allowed to be brought in room, but dont inform u of that either. Which is funny since they offer snacks in their mini bar.

Fantastic place to stay. The location is brilliant - close to train station and the main street but still quiet. Rooms and beds are super comfortable but the buffet breakfast is beyond words! Very well situated family run hotel in the centre of Sorrento. Stayed out of season so very quiet, lots of restaurants close by and easy access to the train station. Nice balconies to the front of the hotel overlooking the street area. A great base for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, use the local bus!

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic! I had cheekily mentioned at checkin that it was my husband’s birthday during our stay and the day off for breakfast they brought out a delicious slice of cake with a candle and song! All without me asking for it! Convenient location and would definitely recommend!
