Great New Hotel

Really nice and new hotel. We had a fantastic welcome during our later check-in and given a tonne of information by the person at the check-in desk. Even some late night food recommendations (La Ruttino down the road). The hotel is clearly new, and we did find that there was some construction noises around us on some of the mornings, but not until 10/11am, so not great if we needed a lie in. The pool was great, and bar by the pool / food was great. Considering all the modern tech in the hotel, it would’ve been a fun addition if you could order from your phone straight to the sun lounger (considering the menu was already online via QR codes on tables beside sunloungers). Breakfast was a little limited, but expected continental options. Having a water fountain on each floor for hot and cold water was a game changer, would love to see this more in hotels overall. The walk into Sorrento was manageable, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t a shuttle bus service for the hotel considering that nearby hotels have the same service.

Great place. It’s new and remodel. Great location with great outdoor and pool. The stuff is very polite and helpful they were able to give us lots of tip towards our trip and attraction and connections what to do in sorrento and around. Highly recommend.

Staff are extremely helpful. Property is clean. Likes that the shower room was separate to the toilet room. Family room is a good size, very spacious to accommodate 3 ladies and all their luggage. Only thing is there was no iron as it’s a eco friendly hotel. But we survived with out one

We had a really enjoyable stay, the staff were all friendly and very willing to help! We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight - we were able to WhatsApp the hotel to let them know and we received a very quick reply to let us know the night staff would be able to check us in. Breakfast was good and our room and all other facilities were all kept to a very good and clean standard!

I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated.
