The L-shaped living room (approx. 46m2) opens onto a large terrace (17m2), which is partially covered, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals while admiring the view. A corridor leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A WC is also available.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms.
Bedroom 1, on the terrace, has a double bed (140cm). Bedroom 2, also on the terrace, has a 140cm bed. A shower room is located between these two bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (90cm), while bedroom 4 has a double bed (140cm). A second shower room with shower and washbasin is shared between these two bedrooms.
On the garden level, with ceilings of 2.17 metres, you will find bedroom 5 with a French window opening onto the outside and a double bed. A bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and washing machine is also available on this level.
Make the most of the barbecue and table tennis table for convivial moments with family and friends. The garage is reserved for storing bikes, surfboards and golf bags.
Internet access is available intermittently in this villa and throughout the Fond du Lac neighbourhood.

Villa Le Menez is ideally situated on the edge of Hossegor's marine lake, offering the chance to enjoy walks or jogging directly from the property. The "Estagnots" and "naturist" beaches are also nearby and easily accessible by cycle paths. This quiet area is particularly popular for family holidays. Outside the high season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday. Please note that linen is not included in the rental price. Please also note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
