You'll be greeted by a vast lounge/living room opening onto a lovely wooden terrace with an awning, a dining area and access to the swimming pool; and a spacious, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a utility room.
The Acacias villa has a "night zone" on the ground floor and first floor, offering optimum separation from these living areas.
On the ground floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms: two with 160cm beds, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the rear outdoor terrace; a third bedroom with 4 90cm bunk beds, perfect for children, and a fourth bedroom with two 90cm beds, sharing a large shower room with two basins and a large walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you'll find 4 further bedrooms: three air-conditioned bedrooms with 160cm beds and en-suite shower rooms (one with a private WC); a final bedroom with two bunk beds; plus a bathroom and WC.
There are three toilets on the ground floor, as well as an outdoor shower (with hot water) and towel rails for when you return from the beach.
The villa offers parking for one or two vehicles in the enclosed garden. Street parking in front of the house is permitted. This villa is ideal for family holidays, thanks to its immediate proximity to the ocean (La Gravière beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away) and the marine lake, as well as to the town centre and all the cycle paths, allowing you to enjoy pleasant strolls. Thanks to central heating, this beautiful villa can be rented all year round (please contact us for availability). Outside the high season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday. Please note that linen is not included in the rental price. The ground floor of the house is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
