We have stayed at Las Palomas three times in the past, but this time we were in Phase One. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best. The towels were very rough and uncomfortable to use, and the bed was quite stiff; I didn't like the mattress at all, as I woke up with a stiff neck. Additionally, communicating with the front office was difficult because their phone line was not functioning properly. Overall, it was not our best experience.

Overall a good experience, there was jack-hammering all day at the pool area, very disruptive so we went to the other pool. Not as nice. Pool staff is very nice and attentive, drinks could be a bit stronger, not sure if I had any alcohol in my drinks.

The property is beautifully layed out and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. The pools are nice and plenty to use. The staff was very pleasant. However, the amenities have some issues. The bath towels were like sandpaper. The mattress was hard as concrete. They limit the pool towels to the number of people in the room, but you have to check them out and in. This doesn’t make sense. If I'm checking them out what difference does it make if I get more. They have a lazy river, but no courtesy floats to use. They sell them in the Dely for $38 which is absolutely absurd. Why not rent them or check them out with the towels? For the price point of the resort, they need to upgrade these areas.

Mi unica recomendacion: poner un set pequeña de café en las habitationes. En el cada mio, llegamos daciado tarde al hotel y en la mañana siguiente que me levanto temprano para disfrutar el paisaje sentada en el bacon, meee falto mi cafeeee😩

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort in Rocky Point was a fantastic escape. The oceanfront location on Sandy Beach is stunning, and our condo was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a private balcony offering killer views. The infinity pools, lazy river, and swim-up bar were highlights, paired with friendly poolside service. The Links golf course was a scenic treat, and dining at La Maria Bistro and Citron was delicious and memorable. The staff was warm, security top-notch, and the beach pristine. Check-in was a bit slow, but it didn’t dampen our stay. This 4-diamond gem is perfect for relaxation or fun—can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nice, clean and the staff were all very nice. It would be nice if the wristbands you have to wear were a but thinner they are uncomfortable. Also the vip gift of golf is great but maybe an option for those of us who dont play golf?

Hot water heater smelled of stinky sulphur, then ceased to function. Maintenance staff came in several hours later, and that fix lasted for a day. Two of three nights we had no hot water or showers.

Couldn’t get out of the master bedroom

It was ok. The Bellman noticed the master bedroom door handle was broken. He put a request in and it was never fixed. I reached out every day and nothing was done. If the master door got closed, we could not get out. We had to go through the patio to open the door. One night the patio door was locked. We had to call my daughter to come open the door so we could get out. It was horrible.
