**Certain times of the year, the house is priced at slightly lower nightly rate to allow smaller families to enjoy the property. In these cases, the price of the nightly rate will increase slightly the more family members join - we will provide linens for the fold out couch accordingly. Please ask if you have any questions.

*Sonoma County Quiet hours 9pm-9am (which is strictly enforced)
*No music allowed outdoors- this is a Sonoma County Rules for all vacation rentals
*4 Additional Guests allowed to visit between the hours of 9am and 9pm (these times defined by the County of Sonoma)
*8 Guests MAX allowed after 9pm.
*3 Cars MAX allowed at ALL times

** WOOD VALLEY RANCH is a WORKING vineyard. Therefore there will be visits by the Vineyard crew. They park off to the side and manage vineyards on an "as needed basis" - always staying in the vineyard. During harvest the crews increase, but in general they are on property once a week. Please be aware of this and don't book this property if you're not comfortable with this situation.
***Although this is a NO PET property, the owner has a golden retriever and sometimes visits the property. If you have dog hair allergies please be aware of this fact.
