Really nice stay, very friendly staff, great food and a good location away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing I would say is we were put in a room with playground right outside the balcony and we didn’t have children with us, but it was ok. Note also, when asked if the hotel provided a transfer from the airport and back we were advised no and recommended to get a taxi at around €100 euros…but in actual fact, the A42 bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel entrance and costs only around €11…it’s so easy to do, especially if you had children with you

More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.

Overall, the area in general is pretty good. You really have to go a few minutes away Drive to start getting into the more interesting parts of the area and there is not a beach at hotel so don’t be confused to think that you’re gonna swim from a white sand beach there. That’s 10 min+ min away. This area has the resort only plus a wonderful restaurant called SA PUNTA next to it. we asked to check in early and gave them several days notice this was a priority and asked if we could even pay extra for this. The messages back were that they would try but when we arrived, it wasn’t possible and they really just didn’t seem to care very much. They said well too bad check-in is at 2 o’clock and will call you if it’s early, but we never got a call. If you have younger kids, this is great if you have kids older than 10 or 11 years old, this might be tough for them because of all the tiny kids around and I mean they are everywhere. Finally, the room is very basic. There’s no drawers to unpack; kitchen supplies are space. I asked for a wine opener and universal charger - they told me I needed to go like 10 or 15 minutes away to get my own. I can say that they were friendly. However, Service is not up to a 3.5 american hotel standard They are catering to families who are staying there a week using their all you can eat restaurants. you are not a young family, who wants an all you can eat restaurant on site and nowhere else to go this will be perfect for you.

Title: Disappointing and Unacceptable Treatment We stayed at Grupotel Mallorca Mar in Cala Bona for 7 days (18/08/2024) on a half-board basis, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were only given a card to show when going to eat, with no further instructions. On the first day, we waited at the entrance of the dining area for five minutes, expecting someone to check us in, but no one came. When we asked a staff member, we were simply told to sit anywhere. This lack of organization set the tone for the rest of our stay. However, the most distressing incident occurred on the 5th day during dinner. My child, holding a plate of food, was suddenly grabbed by the wrist by the lady in charge of the dining room. She demanded to know where my child's wristband was. My husband, who had just arrived at the table, immediately showed the card, but there was no apology—just a dismissive "Ah, okay." This lady had seen us at breakfast and dinner for five days, yet chose to physically confront a child instead of addressing an adult. Touching someone's child is completely unacceptable, and any professional would know to approach an adult in such situations. If the staff were properly organized, someone should have been at the dining room entrance to check us in. When I went to the reception to complain, the response was shockingly indifferent. I was told, "Oh, that shouldn’t have happened. Someone should have checked as you arrived." That was it—no apology, no foll

Très bon séjour une piscine extérieure chauffée très agréable, salle de sport top, piscine intérieure chauffée au niveau du bâtiment 9 on ne sait pas comment faire fonctionner les bulles, la cascade et le jet ne fonctionne pas, la piscine du bâtiment 6..l'odeur!!! Côté repas je conseille de prendre en tout inclus aux personnes restant à l'hôtel car sinon c'est très cher pour ce qu'il y a le midi, petit dej il y a ce qu'il faut et le repas du soir est très varié nous avons eu des thèmes différents comme mexicain italien majorquin c'était très bien. Je pense que l'animation et absente les animateurs ne viennent pas vers les vacanciers ( pas eu de présentation des animateurs ni des animations)dommage l'équipe d'animation parle anglais et allemand...je pensais au moins espagnol voir français mais non! Les animations pour adultes pas terribles et une animatrice est à revoir comme le son des enceintes trop fort..pas de terrain de basket ni terrain de foot obligé d'aller sur celui de l'hôtel à côté. Pas de plage accessible directement par l'hôtel.massage comptez 100€/massage sauna et bain turc ( drôle d'odeur) compris dans le prix du séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Chambres spacieuses, gel douche et sèche cheveux à disposition ainsi que serviettes de toilette et de piscine. Petit balcon bien pratique. Manque en avril un petit snack pour les personnes en demi-pension. Soleil au rdv.Pas loin de l'hôtel petit concert de grenouilles😁.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Cet hôtel est nickel sur tous les points. Propreté, service de l'hôtel, le personnel serviable disponible et très discret. Le sauna, le jakouzy piscine intérieur chauffe les serviettes à disposition sont compris dans le forfait. Nous on recommande cet hôtel et on reviendrai. MERCI 😄

La chambre était bien agencée, avec une belle salle de bains et une literie très confortable. Petit bémol du côté des WC (une petite fuite et la lunette mal fixée), mais cela reste un détail. Le personnel a été très agréable et attentif, même sans parler français — leur disponibilité a été appréciable. Le buffet était bon et varié, et l’équipe en cuisine comme en salle faisait très bien son travail. Le spa est vraiment au top et permet de passer un moment de détente. Il serait toutefois souhaitable que les enfants n’y aient pas accès, afin de préserver le calme et l’ambiance du lieu, juste pour faire plaisir au parents ! Un bel hôtel avec de bonnes prestations, nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

Tolle Hotel Anlage, sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönen Pools und Aktivitäten für Kinder. Im ersten Moment wirken die Zimmer etwas angewöhnt - es scheint als hätte das Hotel einen ordentlichen Wasserschaden gehabt. Allerdings vergisst man das wieder sehr schnell. Punktabzug gibt's leiders fürs Essen. Oftmals Nudeln die hart waren und komische zusammensetzung (Burger Fleisch mit hot Dog Brötchen). Das all inklusive Angebot war begrenzt.

Note appartement étaient propre et confortable. La nourriture est bonne et variés. l espace enfant avec les toboggans est très sympa. Le seul bémol est que le all inclusive n’est pas vrai dans le sens où seulement quelques cooktails sont inclus et pas de soft non gazeux pour les enfants.

Nur geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Auswahl der alkoholischen Getränke bei Allinclusive auf 2 Stück begrenzt. Möchte man was anderes trinken muss man zahlen. Pool überlaufen mit Kindern. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne.
