The terrace by the beach is perfect to enjoy sunrises and sunsets with the whispering of the waves as background music. The house offers another covered and furnished terrace, by the street entrance, to enjoy the good weather. The fantastic two-story house is characterised by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV and channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you find the 3 bedrooms with twin beds. An AC unit in the distributor cools the 3 bedrooms. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The property has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can also prepare a cot and a highchair if you travel with your baby. The house is located in Ses Barreres, between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins, a privileged enclave not only because it is right in front of the sea, but also because it is a very quiet residential area. The meadows of the typical Balearic waters algae, Posidonia, clean the water and turn the scenery in front of the house into a turquoise paradise. In Cala Bona, you will find all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The Son Servera golf course is only 1.7 km away.
