Wir waren 6 Personen und haben die Unterkunft für eine Woche gebucht. Rückwirkend würden wir gemeinsam dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Hier die Gründe/Erfahrungen. Eine Woche vor dem Urlaub habe ich versucht den Gastgeber zu erreichen. Per WhatsApp, Email und Telefon. Auf keiner der Kanäle wurde mir geantwortet, sodass ich Belvilla geschrieben habe. Hier wurde mir auch nur mitgeteilt das man versucht den Gastgeber zu erreichen und das der Schlüssel vor Ort sei. Meine Fragen zur Unterkunft wurden nicht beantwortet. Erst beim CheckIn ging der Gastgeber an das Telefon um den PIN der Box mitzuteilen. Das Haus sieht auf dem ersten Blick ganz gut Haus, es hat aber einiges gefehlt und nicht mal eine Erstausstattung war vorhanden. - es gab im kompletten Haus eine halbe Rolle Klopapier - Keinerlei Seife war vorhanden. Es war noch nicht einmal in jedem Bad ein Seifenspender vorhanden. Und die die da waren sahen so aus als wurden sie ein halbes Jahr nicht benutzt. Das Haus hatte zusätzlich eine große Liste an Mängeln. - Zimmertüren schließen nicht und gehen von alleine auf - Zimmertüre schleift auf dem Boden - Bettwäsche ist gewaschen hat aber Löcher und Flecken - Ein Bett ist nach dem zweiten Mal reinlegen einfach eingebrochen - Klopapierspender fällt einfach aus der Wand - Die Kugeln beim Billiardtisch fallen auf den Boden, da die Netze/Löcher defekt sind. - Beim Air-Hockey waren keine Pucks da. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann welche bekommen. - Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man kann sich von Bad zu Bad normal verständigen - Die Duschbrausen sind teilweise komplett verkalkt - Es sind nicht in jedem Badezimmer Klobürsten vorhanden. - Im Whirlpool funktionieren viele Düsen und Regler nicht mehr - Im Haus sind viele Silberfische Das Haus und die Bäder waren weitestgehend sauber, aber es geht auf jeden fall noch gründlicher. Noch zur Info. In allen Räumen für den Wohnbereich befinden sich Kameras. Wofür der Eigentümer nichts kann, ist das Nachbarhaus. Hier wurde über das Wochenende bis um 3 Uhr nachts gefeiert und außen lautstark Fußball gespielt. Wir haben über HomeToGo gebucht. Hier wird nicht erwähnt das die Heizkosten/Wasser und Strom separat bezahlt werden müssen. Erst nachdem man gebucht hat bekommt man über Belvilla einen Vertrag und eine Auflistung mit diesen Kosten. Das geht garnicht …. Wie gesagt würden wir das Haus nicht mehr buchen.
