The system booked me for the day before I arrived. It was one day off I contacted cheap tickets. They contacted the property and they said they will not honor the mistake. I had to stay at another property and pay I attempted to call and got no answer Greed, get you nowhere The following day I had three family members come in from Florida and we stayed at other places

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were always helpful. Now driving back and forth to NY was not as pleasant but that's not on Sonesta. Will definitely return here again.

The room was fairly clean! The kitchen and amenities were wonderful and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the shower curtain and face towel was slightly dirty and I did see a small cockroach in the room on the desk. Apart from that I didn’t have any concerns.

Laudry was free and the machine were great. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well located. Staff was very helpful. The kitchen was handy. Really enjoyed my stay!

First time staying here, I tried to get a room around $100.00 per night so this was my choice. It was quiet but there was a very strong air freshener scent in the hallways and common areas to hide the smell of pot which you could detect. There is a certain element this place attracts more than likely due to the price point. In the future I will spend the extra $20.00-$30.00 dollars a night to stay at one of the larger chains.

I did not particularly care for their clean towel policy, they wanted us to bring our dirty towels to the front desk and exchange for clean towels. My room was down the hall on the second floor, so it was a wierd inconvenience.

The property was not terrible. Easy to get to. No issues with noise or anything. AC kept things cool. I did see a small roach in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but i didn't appreciate the sun directly in my eyes early in the AM. The shade was not adequate at all. Despite the several signs in the building, it was very clear that there was vaping/smoking/Marijuana use going on. It was very pungent from the second you walked in. It wasnt as bad in the room, but i felt like i smelled like a dispensary everytime i left. The staff was very friendly as well, however because of the smell, i probably will not stay here again.

The check-in staff was friendly, room was clean except the room we were in had gnats flying around and it smelled a little funky but overall the bed was comfortable and a full size fridge was a bonus to have in the room since I brought food with.
