The suite said it had a fireplace it didn’t was also kept up both nights from loud banging noises above us when I went to investigate I found the whole floor under repairs with multiple fans and worker’s running all day and night. However the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. I specifically booked that room for the fireplace but was willing to get over it but had I have known the hotel was under construction I would have made other arrangements and definitely not spent that much

The bathroom was a dirty a bit. The sheets had a small stan from something. But the staff was helpful. The pool was very clean. The room was spacious. Was noisy at 3am from someone. But overall was a decent experience

LOUD

The hotel is run down. It doesn’t look like the pictures. Our room was on the first floor and windows right to a run down basketball court. The room had a distinct smell and was dark. It was not light and airy. The worst part was a heater that made a whining noise the entire night. We tried to turn it off as we would rather have been cold but the thermostat didn’t do anything. At 1:30AM I debated leaving. Although the bed was comfortable we got very little sleep. We turned the shower all the way to hot and it was warm. The pool is in a warm room and has a nice temperature. The staff were friendly. I do not recommend this hotel however if you want to sleep.

Was staying at this property for a work event that I was running near by . When I got back to the hotel around 11pm I went to rinse a cup in the sink and a cockroach came out of the sink . I immediately packed my bags and notified the front desk and asked to check out . They acted like it was normal , checked me out without any kind of sincere apology explanation or reimbursement. I drove an hour and a half home at 11:30pm after working an event for the entire day. Horrible service and cleanliness and a waste of money .
