I stayed at this hotel on Sunday. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the rooms are large. I recommend purchasing parking and breakfast for $30, because it's more expensive at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, Check-in was super fast, and the room was ready at 3 p.m. Things I didn't like: the pool was dirty, the room balcony was dirty, the air conditioning was the biggest problem, at night around 11 pm I called reception to have it fixed, my god what bad customer service, I was left waiting until 1 am, waiting for the girl who was at reception early morning on Sunday the 25th to send me a technician, I called twice and she never sent one both times, the room was super hot, we slept very hot and super uncomfortable. They have very bad customer service, you call them and they cut you off and you have to call back, and in the end they leave you waiting.

Perfect stay!

Great amenities, pool and hot tub were awesome and huge gym. Room with balcony was beautiful and bathroom was clean and updated! The only small issue was the air in our room was not working. They sent the nicest maintenance man Mike up to take care of it. They were unable to fix it so they moved us to a different room no charge of course, and also comped us for the inconvenience. I would recommend the Hyatt in New Brunswick to everyone!

Loved this hotel! Perfect location! The rooms were gorgeous, the pool and hot tub was the perfect relaxing setting, and your male bartender on this past Thursday night made the best margarita! Will def return again soon!
