We enjoyed the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The bed is amazingly cozy with options for pillows, making the sleep very good. The hotel is nice and inviting with updated and clean conditions, a small pool, and a good fitness center. Our only complaint is the lack of staff assistance, particularly at check in. We had to wait while the desk clerk talked day trading with, what appeared to be, a friend rather than a hotel guest. There didn't seem to be anyone to request additional room coffee from, as the room had only one regular coffee pod for two people over two days. And the bar that advertised drinks and light fare had no staff. We think breakfast had one staff member, but we chose to go to an outside establishment to get coffee and food in the mornings. The location is a developing "false" main street, with a Target, Costco, and chain eatery options. The continued development means construction during the day. The loud music from the restaurant next door is a bit of a nuisance, but it ended by 10:00 PM, so tolerable. The parking is around back, but it is marked by just a public parking sign, nothing tells new patrons that hotel parking is around the back as well. There is a water bottle filler in the hotel, but only a water fountain in the fitness center - again, manageable, just a bit odd and inconvenient for those exercising. Overall, a nice hotel and good stay with some tweaks to work on for customer service, but we would return in the future.

I would say the check in process was smooth however the south Asian woman did not offer me a drink as many hotels do but offered it to another patron when I went back downstairs to complain about the smell in the room. It smelled like urine mixed with cleaning products. I kept complaining until the young man came upstairs to smell it himself but he claimed he did not smell it. He claimed that all the rooms had that odor because of the agent they use. The tv did not read my name so I assumed maybe this room belonged to someone else. I used a whole bottle of perfume trying to combat that smell. The parking was lovely and there are plenty of shops near by. The smell really ruined my trip. Whatever agent they use it stains the wallpaper in the bathroom real bad. Other than that - everything was ok. I’ll return to see if that was just one experience or what

Within 30 seconds of making my reservation I realized it was for the wrong date. I called the hotel and hotels.com and nobody would help me. This is such a scam - literally no time went by and I shouldn't have had to pay 150$ for a mistake that I tried to correct within seconds. The room went empty. Such a waste.

This hotel disappointed me because I always thought Marriott hotels had a good reputation and were quality hotels. The water pressure in the room was abysmal and I never felt like I was clean after taking a bath. For such a newer hotel the lights next to the bed were missing the shades over them leaving the bulbs exposed and they got very hot found out because I accidentally touch it reaching for something. Additionally, I did laundry and put in $2 to dry my clothes but after 28 mins (that’s all you get for $2) it wasn’t dried so I put in another $2. After 28 min it still wasn’t dried so I went to the front desk and he said he would send someone to check it out. I specifically asked should I wait in the laundry room and he said yes. I waited for 15 mins then went back to the front desk and he was on his cell phone. I asked him is someone going to check the dryer and he said oh yeah and walked to the back office came back and said his manager said they’ll send someone to check out the dryer tomorrow. I then said to him I need my $4 back because I will have to go and find a laundromat to dry the wet clothes I have. He walked to the back again and said ok here’s the change back. Never once apologized for the inconvenience!!! Finally, twice during my stay housekeeping came to clean the room and when I returned the door was not closed properly. That door requires that you physically push it hard to close it. I was upset because I had valuables in my room. Very unsafe!
