All new appliances including a dishwasher and everything you need for a getaway! 2 king size beds plus the sofa is a new queen sleeper. Tankless hot water heater so long shower is waiting after a day in the lake and won’t run out of hot water. Huge boat parking area with fire pit stocked with wood and charcoal grill.
