Staff support was insufficient, and I received inconsistent explanations about why an upgrade was not possible, even though the hotel appeared to be empty. In addition, rotten apples were served at breakfast. When I raised the concern, I was told that “just because it’s brown doesn’t mean it’s bad,” which was not an appropriate or reassuring response.

From the moment we checked in until check out the staff was very professional, caring and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, felt like home. Breakfast was good! We definitely would be staying again.

Loved this hotel. The breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are cleaned the beds are comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are an absolute plus and a for the price per night you can’t beat it. Just have to make sure you get the breakfast buffet by 9:30am. The staff working the dinning area and buffet are professional. They keep the area clean and answer all your questions. They also make sure the guests follow the rules as far as keeping up the cleanliness of the buffet areas. This is wonderful place to stay for families and is close the many of the sites, a short walk to many of the museums.

Rooms were spotless, nicely appointed. Tracy at the front desk was so nice and friendly and full of holiday cheer. All staff acknowledged you and said hello. Breakfast was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy this morning! Parking a bit painful at $59 a night but it is DC.

There was a lady at the front desk. That was very nice helpful, and friendly. I cannot remember her name, but she made us feel welcome and good about choosing this hotel. The only reason I did a four star was there was no dinner or drinks for the evening.

Fantastic staff - Tracy the Front Desk Manager is the best ever and so accommodating to our family. The room was clean, LARGE and thr breakfast had a great selection every morning.
