- A 15 m² covered south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Shared swimming pool within the residential complex, heated and open from late April to October

The chalet is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Quick access to the motorway: just a few minutes away (A57, Solliès-Toucas exit)
- Nearby bus stop: regular services to neighbouring towns and Toulon
- Marseille-Provence Airport (Marignane): approximately 1 hour 10 minutes by car
