VILLA ES COCO SOLLER
Beautiful villa in the heart of the UNESCO Natural Heritage Site "Serra de Tramuntana". The nearest city is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, you will also find Port de Sóller. Tourist license number: ETV/11545.
The villa has a double room on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom consists of a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with incredible views of the Serra de Tramontana. You will enjoy a 150 sqm garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 meters of terrace on the first floor and 300 meters of terrace on the ground floor). The house has WiFi, but with a speed of 10Mb, suitable for basic browsing tasks.
It is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world-renowned location far from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to pass through a cobblestone path about 500 meters long, which may influence the choice of a rental car.
Additional cost! The use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of 7.00 € for the pellet bag (each bag has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours of heating). It must be paid in advance at the time of check-in. If you do not use the entire bags, we will refund the difference.
The area of Sóller is known for its idyllic landscapes and described by Archduke Luis Salvador at the end of the 19th century as a paradise. Recently named UNESCO Natural Heritage, the Serra de Tramuntana harbours natural treasures such as Sa Calobra, Lluc Monastery and countless typical villages like Fornalutx, Soller, Biniaraix, etc. In the village of Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. In addition to a sandy beach in Port de Soller about 3 km by car.
Please note that a car is absolutely necessary to reach the property. Access to the house is through a path with no possibility of public transport.

A delightful mountain retreat
Villa Coco is idyllically situated in the mountains above Port de Soller. It is well equipped with multiple outdoor seating areas. It creates a fabulous sense of calm and tranquility yet is only a few minutes drive from the bustle of Soller. The hosts Erick and Toni were very helpful and did everything necessary to ensure we had an enjoyable and trouble-free stay. We would highly recommend Villa Coco to couples looking for a peaceful holiday in this beautiful part of Mallorca.

Viel Platz zu zweit in der Natur
Es ist ein landschaftlich wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wer die Stille liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Das Appartement ist gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet.
Die Umgebung mit terrassierten Olivenhainen ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt. Weit spazieren gehen ist nicht möglich, da Grundstücke wie vielerorts auf Mallorca eingezäunt sind.
Im Winter kommt wenig Sonne auf das Grundstück. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir Sonne andernorts genossen.
