I'm a Solle(r) Man!

Really impressive boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and thankfully for August, adult only! The room we had was spacious with a separate sitting area and a large bathroom (shower only). Bed incredibly comfortable and the shutters on the window pretty much blacked-out all light (perfect for me!). Breakfast was included and was good (not spectacular) with some a la carte options plus some buffet usuals (cereals, juices, cheese, meats, pastries etc) and the wonderful pool was almost always empty with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Location is fantastic for Soller old-town; a short 2 minute walk to the square and also the tram that takes you (25 minutes) to Port de Soller Matthew works his socks off running around to make sure everything is perfect for all the guests and his attention to customer service is right up there for me with the best we have come across. There are a number of things to note which I add not to be difficult but to (hopefully) help other travellers and also to nudge management. 1. There was a school (I was told only summer) next door and there was playground noise from 9am one day and 8:35am the next. As the lightest of sleepers this did wake me on both mornings. 2. Car parking is an issue. We got VERY lucky to find a space in the car park opposite but the alternatives were 5 mins+ away which would have been a pain, As we did have a space we didn't move the hire car for the duration of the trip which negates the reason of hiring!

This hotel is a small intimate boutique hotel. It is set in a gorgeous area and only a 5 minute walk to the main town square and tram. The staff are phenomenal and the breakfast and snack menu was outstanding. We cannot wait to return someday.

Perfect boutique hotel

The perfect location for a trip to Soller, from first arrival through to beautiful bedroom, exceptional food and drinks and friendly welcoming staff, we just loved our stay and looked forward to stepping back into the hotel each day! The building is stunning and the bedroom interiors match the style but with modern amenities and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is simply delicious with everything you could want, served with a smile each and every day! We found the hotel to be lovely and quiet even for it being on a road, as our bedroom faced into the courtyard pool, generally the only sound was that of the birds in the trees! We had a car and parked in the car park opposite, tight little public car park but we always got a space (even if we had to wait 5 minutes). The location of the hotel is perfect, just on the edge of Soller but less than 5 minutes walk into the square and then the commercial areas, with more restaurant choices than we could get through! We loved it and will most certainly be back - thank you!

L’Avenida was altogether lovely, bursting with character and style. The location was perfect, near the main square but tucked away and so quiet and peaceful. The room was on two levels and huge, a sitting room and wet room downstairs and a bedroom above. It was quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfortable and there was the perfect environment for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast around the pool every morning was a treat, with superb local treats and fresh orange juice. The public areas reflected the grandeur of the early 20th century builder with marble aplenty. The original decor was enhanced by more modern art all in the best possible taste. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again - it had provided us with so many happy memories

We couldn’t speak more highly of our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was stunning and clean, the pool was serene, the area is vibrant, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We interacted with Matthew and he was such a delight! The beds were like sleeping on clouds - by far the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on! Note: parking is a bit of a free for all in the area so be sure to identify lots on google maps in advance. I took our bags in while my husband went to park bc it’d be a bit of a difficult walk with the sidewalks. There is a lot across from the hotel but it is small and tends to be full (Not a critique of the hotel - only mentioning to help folks with cars)
