Only a few meters from the sea, the apartment Montemar 33 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants guests with its communal outdoor area and a great view of the turquoise blue sea. The apartment has a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, TV, a baby bed and a high chair. Property had a musty smell, which was partly related to Port Soller Sewerage. Once the sewerage smell went the apartment continued to have an awful stench. We had to spend the min amount of time.
We couldn’t open the windows and doors as there were several cats who seemed very at home. We are both highly allergic to cats. We couldn’t get rid of them.
In addition the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling,
The Agents seemed uninterested in helping. They did offer a refund, but only if we moved out before the end. Which was not possible as Port Soller was fully booked.

Good once rectified
We stayed for 7 nights and did a self check in. We had to use off street parking as no gate fob was given for private apartment parking but this was not a problem. The apartment is right at the top so 200 steps from the beach which was quite tiring in the heat but the view was amazing. The apartment smelt foisty and felt dirty with squashed blood stains from
Mosquitos up the walls of the smaller bedroom and glasses and bowls were in shorter supply. On speaking to the agent a new supply of glasses snd cereal bowls were delivered and the cleaner was sent back to clean. This did help a lot. There are lots of mosquitos so take repellant for inside the apartment. No beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. Only one bath towel and one face towel each are provided for entire stay. Second bedroom is tiny and both bedrooms very dated. Pool nice but broken loungers around it and broken tiles. Overall the best thing was the view. I would not stay here again.

Petit séjour pour découvrir ce côté de l'île : port se Soller, Soller en tramway pour y finir la journée. Aller retour au torrent de Pareis en bateau. Bon resto sur le port.

Fantastisk utsikt
Lägenheten passade oss utmärkt, hit kan vi tänka oss att återvända! Den ligger på en höjd, så man måste acceptera många trappor till och från bostaden. Bil kan man parkera lätt på gatan utanför. Badrummen är slitna men ok. Utsikten från den stora altanen är fantastisk. Poolen ligger bara 15 meter bort.

Großzügige Wochenende mit traumhaftem Blick
Montemar 33 ist eine großzügige Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage.
Sehr praktisch ist das zweite Bad und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick und den Pool ums Eck. Gerne wieder!

Superbe lieu
Petit port à taille humaine, un petit train typique et des possibilités pour visiter en bus. Aller a deia, à soller à port de pollenca, au far de formentor....sachant que les durées de trajets sont assez importantes étant donné le relief !

Helt ok.
Leiligheten var ren og fin men bassengområdet var sjuskete. Stygge solsenger som var slengt rundt uten system, bare rotete og stygt. Frista ikke å ligge ved bassenget i det hele tatt. Mange trapper å gå, 190 trinn til vår leilighet.
