Nice layout with good area to store gear and boots. Good amount of beds/bedrooms for our group (3 families, 11 total). Super convenient location to slopes and hot tubs/pool. Condo is showing some signs of age/wear and tear in carpets and cabinetry but only cosmetic. Bed mattresses and pillows weren’t amazing but also weren’t horrible, just seems like replacement might need to happen sooner rather than rather. Good size garage.

Family/friend get together

The property worked out perfectly for our 11 people - any more would have been tight. Great property - spacious and comfortable. I would suggest updating pots and pans and. a slow coffee pot - but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Family time

We had a wonderful stay at First Tracks. The condo, was clean, well stocked and so close to the Apex lift. For those in our crew who were novice skiers, the shuttle over to Moonbeam is right in front of the Apex lift and runs every 5 minutes. Could not be more convenient!! While the condo is a little tired, it's comfortable, plenty of room for a large crew to spread out and come together for dinners,movies and board games. Also, everyone at Cottonwood Management was fabulous!! We all agreed we'd stay again.

Solitude Ski Vacation

Great location for a family or group of friends ski holiday. Location to ski lifts makes it convenient. Great that each room had their own full bathroom.

Great Place for the family

More than enough room for the family. The kids loved taking over the upstairs as a play and craft room. Location was fantastic. Condition of the place was great. Would do it again!

Annual friends and family ski trip

Solitude has limited large condo accommodations for multifamily and friend groups, but this condo was perfect for our group of 10. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The communal living room we found was a tad small for 10 adults but we made that work. The condo is easily access from the main roads and an easy walk to ski rental, as well as the base of the mountain. We love solitude in this condo allowed all of our families to spend another fabulous year on the mountain.

Nice home. Hard to Find.

Very nice home with a lot of stairs and levels. Enjoyed our stay at the house. One major problem was it's Extremely difficult to find. Arrived at 10pm and drove around for an hour trying to find. Google Maps doesn't recognize this place. Solitude employees couldn't help me find either. Nobody answers phone at this hour. Once found, cannot use front door and the front porch was under construction. Garage door in back isn't marked well with address. Garage is very small 2 for 2 cars. My truck would not fit. Rough night but house is great.

Solitude Townhouse

We were in Utah for a family wedding at Brighton ski area. This condo worked well for us as it was close to the road and only 5 minute drive to Brighton, which we made more times than I can count in 4 days! Plenty of room for 2 couples and another single son. We had a couple of small issues with the entry code and hot water but both were quickly resolved. We went to the pool once and it was easy to access, didn’t even need the key provided. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Great location. Lots of room. Hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay and how spacious the rental was. There is not a barbecuer as listed would be my main complaint as we brought food to grill.

We loved staying here! The location was great, very comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, wood fireplace, games and puzzles, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and great communication with Cottonwood Lodging were some of our favorite things! Thanks, we will stay here again!!

Thanksgiving family reunion

This place was everything my family of 10 could have wished for. There was early snow and we skied everyday. The kitchen is well appointed. Great nooks to store skis and boots. It was great to be able to ski in and out. We will be back!!!

First tracks is beautiful, clean, and has all we needed for a great ski vacation! Our kids and their friends loved the upstairs room with bunk beds, queen bed, and TV sitting area - it was like their own apartment! The kitchen was well equipped and stocked including an array of spices and some pantry staples. The spring snow was icing on the cake! The only negative was poor water pressure in several showers.

Pro’s -great location with beautiful views -top notch customer service with property mgmt team -convenient access to club with hot tub, pool table, etc Con’s -no communal bathroom -climate control was awful, some rooms uncomfortably hot at night -water pressure in 3 of the 4 showers was horrible

We loved our stay at First Tracks!

I honestly can’t say enough good stuff about this property. The beds were all very comfortable and nicely appointed, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and then some, we were a very short walk to Solitude and the ski slopes + the bar and restaurant. The property manager was extremely responsive and made the check in process a breeze. We definitely recommend this condo!

Low key gathering for a bunch of skiers. It was perfect - nice and clean. Garage fit our cars. Walking to the lift took 2 mins.

Amazing

This condo was more than we expected. One of the most well kept rentals we have been in. Very well stocked. The proximity to the lifts and the rental shop was amazing. We absolutely loved it and plan on booking next year. There are three floors so expect some stairs. Great double garage to use and great areas in the garage to store our skiis and gear.
