This listing is solely for the lower unit VRBO 2614351, which has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath and is fully furnished. A fully outfitted kitchen, dining area (for up to 4) and sitting area (two plush rockers, with ottomans) will make you feel at home. A laundry facility (washer and dryer) is also available for your convenience. A beautiful outdoor deck with 2 comfortable Adirondack chairs overlooks the wooded property. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Worked out great for us as we were in and out going to hockey tournament games in Soldotna and Kenai. Loved the friendly neighbor dog. :)

Beautiful spot

This is a lovely, cozy space, perfect for 1 or 2. It is just as the pictures show and has a beautiful view from the dining table. I had prompt responses from the manager, and clear communication. The bed is extremely comfortable! I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay!

My wife and I stayed at this property for eight nights during a vacation to the Kenai Peninsula. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. The setting is very peaceful in a quiet wooded area. The apartment was clean, new (built in 2021) and well appointed with amenities to make our stay comfortable. The owners and property manger were timely and courteous with communication. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner as we were loading our bags into the car on our last day and we enjoyed a most pleasant conversation with him. We would happily stay at this property again. We have no reservation recommending it to others.

For the Win!

This was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in. I have allergies that make it difficult to eat out and I appreciated the well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen supplies. This residence is very clean and comfortable. We traveled to Soldotna for my son’s HS state tournament. My son’s team came in first place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location near Soldotna.

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The home had everything we needed for our stay and is located close to Soldotna with stores and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the beautiful state of Alaska!

Extremely cozy stay!

My wife and I booked this place for our trip to Alaska and it did not disappoint! We loved that it was out near the woods and only a few minutes from town. Super cozy place, perfect for a couple! It had everything we needed! We had a little mixed up in the beginning ( my fault, not the host ) and the host was super accommodating and respectful. Would definitely booked with them again.

Best kept secret in Saldotna

The property is in a beautiful location . It was easy to find and not in the middle of town . The unit is perfect for a couple . It had all the kitchen supplies for anyone who wants to cook. I received email with the location and my code a couple days before arrival so check in was easy . We had one small issue arrise (Mother Nature ) and the hostesses sent us message before we knew about it . I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I get to make a 10 trip of a lifetime !! Thank you !

Peaceful and restful stay

This property was perfectly located at a quiet location, just a short drive from town. When we walked in, my wife said “This is wonderful!” And then repeated it every day during our stay. We loved sitting on the patio each evening. This property will definitely be a priority site for our next Alaska trip.

We loved our stay at the Birch Bend lower unit---all the conveniences of home in a bright, new, well-equipped space! The design of the home is lovely and the décor is tastefully done. We loved the artwork which included beautiful photos of Alaska. This was a perfect base for us to use for day trips to Homer and elsewhere. Would absolutely stay again!

Great new and neat place to explore Kenai peninsula

House consists of two parts. We had the lower appartment. All was clean and new. Only suitable for two people though. Bethany was nice and responsive. Would recommend.
