Poolside and Beachfront Remodeled Close to Everything!

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time!

From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. Our Wifi is also the fastest speed you can get, which makes working away from home stress free.

Our safe, gated community also has private beach access, BBQs available for you to grill on, two indoor hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts and a gym. We really have it all!

Walk to the Del Mar Fair grounds to enjoy concerts during the summer, the fair, festivals and many other fun events that are held here throughout the year. You can even walk to one of the most popular restaurants in San Diego, The Brigantine, which has amazing fish tacos and incredible views. You can walk to all that downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including the train station that will take you up and down the coast, many delicious restaurants, yummy coffee shops, art studios, and trendy shopping. There is so much to do and see here! Venture out to one of the scenic hikes nearby, such as the mushroom caves, or check out a concert at our local venue, Belly Up Tavern, wine taste at Carruth on Cedros Ave or check out local brews across the street . You can rent bikes and cruise the coastal trail to Encinitas where there are even more restaurants, shops and yoga studios. We have many recommendations in our welcome manual we supply our guests with!

Excellent access to pool, the beautiful view...garage parking was very convenient. I would have given 5 stars if a unit barbecue grill had been available or even a broiler pan would have been helpful to broil steaks, fish, hamburgers. I was told that there wasn't a "personal" barbecue and suggestion was made to use one of the couple in the community. We were willing to do so but after checking it out, we found that it was filthy. No way...Alas, my eating choices were restaurants, frying, stewing or baking. This caused me more time in the kitchen than i want while on vacation.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommend!

I can't say enough about our stay at this amazing condo in Solana Beach! From the moment we booked, the property management team was outstanding – so responsive, helpful, and welcoming. It really set the tone for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.The condo itself is gorgeous – spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. Every room feels so inviting, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We especially loved the peaceful vibe, as it was wonderfully quiet - and this is during spring break.The location is unbeatable! You can literally walk to a ton of fantastic restaurants and some shopping, so you're never far from a great meal or fun outing. Plus, the beach is just steps away – we enjoyed daily walks along the shore, soaking in the ocean breeze - sunsets were AMAZING. It was the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-managed place in Solana Beach that’s close to everything and right by the beach, look no further. I highly recommend it!

It was perfect for our 3 week stay. Beach front condo just steps from the beach. When our young granddaughters came to stay, there were beach toys, toys I. The condo, a booster seat, port-a-crib - everything they needed.

Beautiful condo, loved Solana Beach

Beautiful condo, perfect for our family of four. We loved the pickleball courts and walking down to the beach each day. The Solana Beach/Del Mar area is incredible. Everyone was friendly, restaurants were amazing, and we had warm sunny weather in January! Highly recommend staying here. Also recommend Jake’s Del Mar, Little Joy Coffee, Powerhouse playground for kids, and View Point Brewing! We really hope to return.

Beautiful ocean front condo

This was our third stay in this unit and it did not disappoint. The condo is impeccably renovated and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The new management has included items previously missing such as beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc., which made this stay one of our most enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to better clarify check in instructions to include the gate code and parking space number.

Pool and Ocean view Sunsets

Great experience with small personal pool and bluff top view of the ocean from a large first floor patio. We watched the sunset every night! Nice interior with two bedrooms and wonderful amenities. Close parking space in the garage and on site tennis/pickle ball, larger pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to Del Mar, Encinitas and I5. We already booked our next stay.
