The hotel (or rather a place to crash for the night) is located in in great hiking distance to several trails. The staff was decent when checking in as well.
Once we got to the room, we realized that all the rooms were empty, and soon found 5 blanket mattresses within each of the closets. Hotel.com marketed this place with futon beds, which they most definitely were not. The mattresses were not comfortable to us foreigners, so take a sleeping bag if you plan on going here. The place was clean as can be, but old and outdated. They did have signs on our bathroom door to watch out for some green colored bugs, however, we did not see any during our stay there. We did have a mountain view from our balcony so that was a win. Overall, it was a unique experience for our group, but if you are looking for a comfy bed after a long day of hiking, you may want to reconsider.
