I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was quite disappointing due to cleanliness issues. Upon entering the room, it was clear the housekeeping standards were lacking. The floors hadnโ€™t been thoroughly swept, with visible dust ,dust and crumbs in some areas. The bathroom also had issues, including hair in the sink and shower, and the towels didnโ€™t feel or smell as fresh as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Even the bedding left me feeling uneasy, with stains and holes that suggested it hadnโ€™t been properly changed. This really impacted my ability to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleanliness standards, as this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay with more attention to detail.

Disappointed at the way they did the renovation. Still felt very old. Shower in the bathroom was not properly separated. Wallpapers were peeling off and staff was not responsive at all. I would not stay here again when I am back in the area.

The room is bigger than most of other hotels in South Korea Staff are nice it felt like home quick check in and check out If you come here just select Ocean View it was just perfect in the morning the view was really beautiful They only have cafe and Ashley Queen the buffet restaurant its not expensive comparing the quality its convenient and yummy but still i wish there was a la carte menu, maybe i didnt see it?
