Good overnight stop

Fine for a one night stopover and close to airport although we didn't hear any planes. Little interaction with staff as we had no meals. Local area not very visitor-friendly.

Booked a room 3 months in advance to attend a big music festival in the region - upon arrival I first get told that they never heard my name or that there is no room. After I showed my email from expedia the owner? gets on the phone and after 30 minutes he comes back and says his boss? told him the room is now more expensive and I have to go to another hotel about 3 miles away and pay him cash. At this point I had no other choice - otherwise I would have cancelled. When I showed up at my new place there were a few other disgruntled people - clearly the owner didn't account for the festival and didn't raise his prices in time for that weekend. He now charged everyone more money and moved them to other hotels...

Esperienza pessima

La camera non era quella che avevo prenotato: molto più piccola e sprovvista del minimo necessario: comodini e sedie. Mancava perfino quello che era elencato nella conferma della prenotazione: asciugacapelli, tv, bollitore. Il problema più grosso è stato comunque il trasferimento dall'aeroporto alle 23:00 dove non ci sono neanche i taxi. Avevamo prenotato e confermato telefonicamente prima della partenza ma arrivati in aeroporto non solo non è venuto nessuno ma non hanno nemmeno risposto alle telefonate e ai messaggi. Siamo giunti con mezzi di fortuna alla struttura che era chiusa, ma ancora in tempo per il check in. Ci ha aperto una donna, che abbiamo sicuramente svegliato, che in maniera scortese ha detto semplicemente che non avevano fatto il servizio PERCHÉ ERA A PAGAMENTO!
