Shockingly bad service in every aspect. Room not cleaned, asked five times for a wine list at the restaurant, impossible to get a coffee refill at breakfast. They just werenโ€™t interested in their guests.

Beautiful building in an excellent location. The property could be five star but has zero star service. Check-in was a nightmare, staff were rude and unconcerned with guests. Room cleaning, when it happened, was shoddy. Bathroom had embedded grime. Restaurant service was appalling. Asking four times for a menu, long wait for food and beverages. Sadly disappointing.

The availability of food at the bar was very limited by time and of very average quality, the reception staff were very offhand and fairly unhelpful. The bar staff were very friendly and apologetic, the problem would appear to be with the management. A great location and building, the plug in the bathroom sink had to be kept closed otherwise the smell in the room was disgusting.

The room was very comfortable and all the staff were great. It was very disappointing that many facilities were unavailable! It was also disappointing that you only provided us with two coffee pods, only provided powdered milk in the room, and didn't offer new bottles of water each day

The room was very small with no view. There was no parking, found one at 32 euros per day. There was a wedding party at the hotel and the fire alarm at 1 am because the smoke machine triggered the alarm, the whole hotel evacuated, no staff to help or to tell what was going on , people on the street barefoot and in pyjamas. We didn't sleep for the rest of the night and had to leave early for the airport. It was a nightmare.

Beautiful hotel in a great, central location. The bed was very comfortable. Suggestion would be to remove the safe from the bathroom which was already a very small room, it made it uncomfortable to be in the bathroom
