Great location and value for money
Great location and high standard hotel for the price. We stayed for three nights. We were given a complimentary upgrade after I explained I was in Sofia to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. The room was spacious. The fixtures and fittings were high quality. The bed was very comfortable. The staff even organised a platter and a bottle of wine for my Wife’s birthday. A very attentive touch. The location was next door to Serdika metro station and walking distance to the main Vitosha Bld. and other monuments and sites in the city. Would definitely recommend.

Noise / Renovation works - Hotel is lovely but note that they are undergoing renovations and we were placed on the same floor on which 2 rooms right across us were being renovated. Mornings were noisy! Not what I expected for a hotel of this rating. Accessibility/cars - This place is also not wheelchair friendly as there is no cars access to the front door of the hotel. You will be asked to get off about 50-70m away from the hotel at the barrier. If you wish to get a taxi, you will be waiting in the cold the barriers on the main road. Again, a rather poor experience. Cleanliness / location - On the bright side, the hotel is clean and is very central so it is easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are kept warm at around 23-24 degree Celsius on average so crank open your windows a little if you are feeling too warm. Facilities- This place also has a gym and a in house salon, something we found out only on the last day - unfortunately no introduction to the facilities by the staff upon check in. Breakfast in the morning is nice with a good variety of food available. Overall - booked this place as a special treat and it was quite a let down. Will not stay here again.
